Oh that's amazing. I saw a blood-red moon once, it was moving towards the horizon and went from white to yellow to orange to red before disappearing behind the horizon. I wish I had camera at the time. I think I read that the moon turns that color when in the earth's shadow or something....Not sure but I love this photo. Very pretty and I wish I saw the moon like this more often. :D

I love this picture.
It's red because it has entered the area from behind the Earth (from the sun) and the light is tainted by the atmosphere of the Earth, that's my guess, as said before, a lunar eclipse (nearly). You can see the moon like that quite a few times a year, but I've never seen it that beautiful

It was taking in a city in Portugal that no one knows where it is , but I tell you it's name it's name is Viseu, and yes those are mountains :p
